Thanks to Connect readers for voting me this years 2014 “Best of Savannah”, Best Local Clothing Designer. I had no idea, and was completely surprised. I don’t think I knew there was even a such category. Anyway, super proud of all my friends who won awards, including Blake here w/her and her husband’s Best Recording Studio win, Dollhouse Productions! Also, to another BFF Susanne for winning 7 awards for The Jinx (you know, my favorite venue) including Best Overall Bar and Best Music Venue and to Brian, Bryan and Angel’s sweep for their band Cusses… the list goes on. My friends are cool.

Savannah Fashion Week kicked off last Monday with fashion events all week in and around downtown Savannah, and ended with a bang on Thursday night with a runway show in Forsyth Park featuring local designers and boutiques. Weather wasn’t cooperating like it should for an outside event, but fortunately that is what large white tents are made for! Designers were asked to create a custom all white look for the show. Here is my “Little White (Leather) Dress”… featured in the look book for the show.

Happy to have been a part of Nashville Fashion Week a couple weeks ago (yea, this post is long overdue). We had a great time showing the new Brooke Atwood Fall/Winter 14 collection the opening night at The Rosewall in the Music City, one of my favorite cities in the world.
couple of images and video for ya!
