Wow, now THAT was some bad festival weather this wknd in Atlanta, GA for Shaky Knees Music Festival….. a continuous relentless down pour of rain, which made it freezing cold on top of being wet, which made the once beautiful park in to a nasty thick mud pit that would suction your shoes like quicksand as you walked. ugh. Due to the conditions, yea.. it’s safe to say that my camera and motivation to document wasn’t on the highest of levels. Thank you baby Jesus for my buddies, LUCERO (Memphis,TN)…. who let us on to the covered stage during their set, hence the only photos and video I got!! Hope you like Lucero, if you don’t.. well, your crazy.
30 minutes in to the Festival…. slightly dry and annoyed. Really REALLY smart that I wore my Rag&Bone boots in to that mess….. really happy about that decision of mine. But, those Citizens of Humanity overalls were quite fitting to say the least.

pissed I missed this line up on Sunday…. due to not bringing proper clothing and shoes.. yea, Sunday was going to be just as bad.
Savannah supposedly has one of the largest (not sure…maybe the second/third?) largest St. Paddy’s day parade in the world. Normally, I dodge the whole scene, last year to another crazy town scene to Austin for SXSW. Well, not this year. I went, I saw. pictures to prove it. Helped having a friend that lives directly on the parade route that hosts a PRE-DURING-and-POST party.

Winner!!!!! O M G.. Look how beautiful this child is, and so stylish with her choice of greens and studs, including that granny smith apple she was gnawing on!!!!! I took 25 pictures of her, I think her Mom thinks I’m a weirdo crazy person.

One of my favorite go-to boutiques in Savannah for all things cool and unique….ShopScad. Always the first place I hit when searching for interesting pieces for photo shoots for styling purposes! Sitting in the heart of the historic district on Bull st. and home to only SCAD finest artist’s work, and trust…. there’s a lot! I especially drool over the amazing handmade jewelry. ShopScad is where faculty, students, and alumni show off their work and make available to purchase in this quirky gallery like space. Such a treat to visit, get inspired, and envision everything in there in your home or on your body!!! Amy Zurcher and her team have it going on!
